Digital Guide

Our Digital Guides have all our recommendations including restaurants, cafes and activities. This is updated regularly. You will recieve the guide several days before your stay.

Pets

Sorry no pets, many of our sites have semi-tamed wildlife.

Security deposit

A credit card charge for Security Deposit may be requested at check in, this is via credit card pre authorization.  For Boxwood Villas this is $1500.   Any damage or additional cleaning required will be deducted from this after check out.

Cameras  and Monitors on site

All our properties are fitted with a security cameras at the front door or gate(s)  - there are no cameras inside. There may be outdoor cameras in common areas set to sensor while the house is unoccupied for security. None of the outdoor cameras can view outdoor areas considered private, such as the Spa. If you wish to view any camera angle at any time please speak with our Concierge who will be happy to assist.

Our apartments may be  fitted with a noise monitor - excess and prolonged noise past the quiet hours of 10pm will activate a notification to our team and guest will be sent to our management team.

All our apartments have electronic keypads for added security with unique codes for every guest.

Events and Parties

We love events but we do not allow parties and have very strict occupancy limits at all our properties ... unless we have booked you for a specific Event. Please contact us to arrange something special!
