Security Deposit
A credit card charge for a Security Deposit is taken at check in, this is via credit card pre authorisation, it will only be charged for extra cleaning required or damages.
Cameras and Monitors on site
All our spaces are fitted with security cameras at the front door or gates. There are no cameras in internal spaces. Some common areas such as carparks will have security cameras.
All our retreats are fitted with a noise monitor - excess and prolonged noise will send a notification to our management team.
No loud noise after 10pm or before 7am, unless we have scheduled an Event for you - in which case you should go for it.
All our retreats have electronic keypads for added security with unique codes for every guest.
